STEP 1: Forming

If you're working from a paper template, place it under the plastic before you tape it down. This way you can see where the weather stripping needs to go. Peel off the adhesive backing and stick it in place.

If there's a gap where the two sides meet, tape it closed.

Prepare the plastic soap dish by taping over the holes. Spread spray adhesive around the rim of the dish and stick it down into place inside the form.

STEP 2: Mix and Pack

Mix ShapeCrete to a Clay-Like Consistency and begin filling the form. Fill the perimeter first, then build it up the sides of the soap dish.

Use a trowel to smooth the sides at an angle. When you're finished, cover the piece with plastic and allow it to cure for 24 hours.

STEP 3: Demold

Remove the weather stripping and flip the piece over.

Peel off the plastic and remove the tape from the plastic dish.
